Rules & Details:

Eligibility: Hearts are awarded for order amounts over 50 CHF, excluding delivery costs.
Tracking Your Hearts: I'll keep all loyalty cards safe in my studio. If you'd like an update on your heart count, just let me know and I'll send it to you!
Redemption Process: Once you hit 6 hearts, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to choose your reward. You can select your preferred option directly from the email or through your account dashboard.
Exclusive Jewelry List: Free jewelry pieces are selected from a special, exclusive list available only to our loyal customers. This list may change periodically, so check back often!
One-Time Discount Use: The 20 CHF discount is a one-time use and applies to your next order over 50 CHF. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Non-Transferable: Hearts and rewards are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the account holder.
Expiration: Hearts do not expire, but once redeemed, the chosen reward must be used within 6 months.
Returns and Exchanges: If you return an item that earned you a heart, the heart will be deducted from your total. Rewards earned must also be returned if the qualifying order is returned.
